    1. Service Agreement

    By booking a service with Sparkle Pro Upholstery Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All services are performed with professional-grade equipment and eco-safe products.

    2. Estimates and Pricing

    Estimates provided via photo or form are non-binding until confirmed on-site. Final pricing may vary based on actual condition, size, and material of the furniture.

    3. Customer Responsibilities

    • Ensure access to the property at the scheduled time.

    • Remove fragile or valuable items from the cleaning area.

    • Inform us of any prior damage or sensitive fabric types.

    4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

    • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of $50.

    5. Liability

    We take great care with your belongings. However, Sparkle Pro is not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage, discoloration, or fabric wear

    • Damage caused by improper furniture manufacturing or material defects

    6. Satisfaction Guarantee

    If you're not satisfied with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional cost.

    7. Payment Terms

    Full payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, card, or digital payment methods (Zelle, Venmo, etc.).

    8. Service Area

    We operate within 100 miles of Cape Coral, FL, including Naples, Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Sarasota and surrounding areas.
